1. When will my order arrive?

Delhi NCR delivery time is 5-7 days. Other areas throughout the country, standard delivery time is 7-10 days. Expect delayed deliveries in festivities seasons.

2. How do I cancel/exchange/get refund for my order?

Order once dispatched cannot be cancelled. No exchange/refund policy.

3. Do you have an offline store?

For now, we do not have offline store. But you can reach our stalls/exhibition ( we will inform in advance through our social media handles).

4. How should I store my jewelry?

No fancy storage required; you can store in an airtight plastic bag/wooden box. Keep away from water and any fragrance.

5. Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally, shipping charges vary depending on the country.
