Domestic Shipping

- Shipping charges for prepaid orders are ₹70, no cash on delivery

- Please allow 3-4 working days for us to ship your order.

- In the case of multiple products in an order, the entire order will be shipped together. Please consider the delivery timelines to be slightly longer in such cases.

- If the customer provided contact/details are incorrect, by mistake kindly update us at kayfly.official@gmail.com at the soonest(in an hour), once the order is shipped the amount will not be refunded.

International Shipping:

- International shipping charges vary based on the country, weight, and courier service.

- Orders are delivered by India Post and usually take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

- For international orders, recipients should collect parcels from the nearest post office within this time frame, as couriers may not always offer doorstep delivery.

- Customs fees may apply according to local laws, which customers will need to pay.
